Administration Assistant
Temp – Perm – Immediate start available
37.5 hour week – Early finish Friday
Opportunity to join a highly successful, stable yet growing business on an initial temp basis but with a view to permanency.
Working in a friendly, team based environment you will play a key role providing both administration support and reception cover for the business.
You will need to have both good coordination / administration skills coupled with confident telephone skills as your role will be to provide support to across the business for the senior, leadership teams through to HR department and purchasing department as well as a general HR & office administration support.
Key responsibilities in this Sales Administration role will include:
Supporting the senior management team with a range of administration tasks including compilation of monthly management reports, booking flights, travel through to processing visa for overseas visitors
Be the first point of contact for the switchboard, handling telephone calls appropriately
Support continuous improvement activities by participating with and encouraging idea generation.
General office administrative duties
Assisting with sales or customer related activities
Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously and able to prioritise accordingly
For this role, we are looking for someone who is pro-active with excellent communication and written skills, proficiency with MS Office, good typing skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
Experience in an office environment.
