Registered General Nurse (RGN)-Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
An amazing opportunity is available in a unique disability charity as a Registered General Nurse. Based in Buckinghamshire the required nurse will be caring for at least 5 service users who suffer with epilepsy. This is a temporary/ shift position looking for reliable nurses to work with weekly and adhoc day and night bookings.
This transformative charity is looking for an experienced nurse to support and interact with service users in a professional and yet highly interactive way. Building relationships by treating service users with the utmost attentive care.
Rates: £23-£30 per hour
Shift Patterns: Day Shifts: 07:15-20:30/ Waking Night Shifts: 20:15 – 07:30
To be considered we require the nurse to be:
Familiar working with adults with epilepsy
Familiar with neurological conditions.
Familiar working with physical/ learning disabilities and non- verbal service users
Ability to administrate peg feeds, suction and seizure protocols
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Engaging, proactive and a caring nurse
Able to commute or have a driver's licence
