We are searching for an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Team, you will be
part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making Account Technologies the best place

This role offers a vast variety of tasks and responsibilities, often changing every day and is
inevitably challenging. The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive and passionate, with
exceptional administrative skills and must have outstanding attention to detail.

is comfortable managing a high volume of activity and a lot of moving parts at the
same time. You will have the necessary communication skills to liaise with employees,
of all levels, confidently and directly. All with a friendly smile and professional

The role is heavy on administrative duties but goes beyond an admin role where you
are very much the front-line support for all HR queries from around the business. You
will be the first point of contact for lots of varied support queries. Therefore, you will
need to be interested in both the administrative elements and the HR
technical requirements. The role is fast paced but extremely satisfying.

Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support to the HR department
Prepare and send out offer letters, contracts, amendments and ad hoc letters,
using Adobe Sign where appropriate
Acknowledge resignation letters and manage all associated paperwork
Completion of mortgage and employment reference requests
Maintain and update the HR files and system
Provide ad hoc support to the Head of HR Systems e.g. running reports,
processing system admin queries
Maintenance of the HR Hub on our intranet with updated information
Responding to queries via the HR mailbox and service desk
Liaising with other departments across the business where appropriate
To perform any other duties as and when required by the HR Team
Act as the first line support for HR related queries & requests from employees
Maintaining all personnel records in our HR systems and personnel files
You will be responsible for building strong relationships at all levels and, as you
learn our processes, become the ‘go to person’ for all day-to-day HR enquiries
and requests.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process across the business
Liaise with external HR partners (e.g. recruitment agencies)
Required Skills
Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR
Must have experience in administration in a busy environment including
producing letters and maintaining comprehensive records
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages & Outlook
A great communicator and collaborator with people of all levels.
Time management and organisational skills
CIPD Level 3 or working towards
Experience with Adobe Sign preferable
