Job Title: Customer Services Representative
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Full time / Immediate start
Monday – Friday (38 hours per week)

Interaction are recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to represent an established company and work alongside a great team.

The right candidate will need to have a good mannerism and be professional, full training and support is provided.

Responsibilities:

Customer focused.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Manging customer relationships.
Participate in various projects as and when necessary (e.g. involvement in system and process developments, project work and customer service standard improvements).
Attend and participate in team and departmental meetings as required, supporting colleagues and sharing information appropriately.
Functional Skills

Prepared to show flexible approach to the role to achieve business needs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and e-mail applications.
Good oral and written communication of the English Language.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experienced required

Customer service experience required, preferably in the food service industry.
