We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner – Property to join our busy Financial Services team. The role: You will be the main Finance point of contact for the Property Services and Asset Management divisions. You will be responsible for accurate and timely delivery and review of financial information on our property repairs, compliance and investment expenditure as well as the production of regular forecasts and annual budgeting for the Property Directorate.

You will ensure we are delivering against our standards and striving for improvement. The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure will be paramount. You will assist the team with detailed analysis of costs, highlighting any areas of concern and engage across the team, proposing solutions as required. Advanced Excel skills are essential as is attention to detail in confirming the accuracy of all reports. Strong customer service skills both verbal and written are also key to your success in this role.
