We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join this expanding team based in Milton Keynes (MK15) with immediate starts available on a permanent basis! 
 
This is a permanent role, working continental shifts as follows:
 
Continentals: 4 on 4 off (2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 off) 12 hour shifts 6-6
 
Pay: £9.95-10.71 per hour (£21,486 per annum including shift allowance) + paid overtime @ x1.5 rate (£14.92 per hour)

As Production Operative you will be working in a fast paced production environment with responsibility for the safe running of filling and packing equipment. You will be working on a production line operating equipment and machinery, supporting fault finding, changeovers, asset care and basic machine maintenance. You will be working to team performance targets and company standards.
 
We are keen to hear from applicants who have some production experience ideally from a food manufacturing environment although training can be provided. Previous experience of following work instructions or SOPs, commitment and a good understanding of Health & Safety are all key to being successful in this role. Food Safety Level 2 would be advantageous but not essential.
