We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contract Surveyor on a permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.

The role is for 37 hours per week, is to start week ASAP and is offering a permanent salary of £42,969 and provides the ability to work from home when needed. Your duties will involve the following duties:

* Hold responsibility for making all payments associated with completed works including undertaking valuations as and when required

* Collect all the data associated with completed stock investment elements at the end of each calendar month

* Arrange and attend monthly contractual meetings

* Ensure that residents are involved in the procurement of contracts process, selection of contractors and the monitoring of future maintenance works undertaken

* Co-ordinate the inspection of completed works with rest of the team and ensure that such inspections are being undertaken

* Ensure that all specified programmed work complies with current Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Health and Safety legislation

* Deputise for the Contracts Manager as required and cover as necessary for other members of staff if required

* Maintain detailed time records of tasks undertaken as required by the Contracts Manager
