HSE Recruitment are exclusively working with a forward thinking, modern and ever growing financial services company, on the recruitment of a HSE Manager. This role is a permanent position and will be home based, but with regular travel to the High Wycombe office as well as other UK sites.
As a HSE Manager you will be responsible for all Health and Safety policies, procedures and systems. You will be a stand alone manager and will be responsible for DSE assessments across busy offices, managing first aiders and fire wardens, working closely with the training department to ensure adequate health and safety training is delivered as appropriate, and developing a strategy for Safety that can enable the business to work productively and safely.
As a Health and Safety Manager you will ideally have some experience of H&S in an office or similar environment. However our client is very open to taking on recent safety graduates with the right attitude and aptitude to grow with the company and develop the role.
