An exciting opportunity has arisen for an onsite recruitment administrator to join a well established yet growing team in the Buckinghamshire area. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to expand and grow their career within the recruitment sector.
Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for researching, identifying, and interviewing candidates to support the onsite team. You must be able to a high-volume support and delivery throughout the contract following an end-to-end process.
You will be proactively sourcing and building a talent pool of suitable candidate and able to match them to live roles.
Key responsibilities of the role:
To attract and engage high quality candidates for selection against current and future roles, to include but not limited to, advertising, social media platforms, online CV sourcing
Monitor responses/application received
Ensure candidate updates are provided timely in line with SLA’s
Identify and shortlist candidates
Qualify and present suitable candidates against job vacancies and arrange interviews as appropriate
Responsible for interview scheduling, providing documentation to candidates
Liaise with the compliance team
Develop candidate relationships to ensure the candidate always receives a professional recruitment service
Completion of pre-employment and compliance checks
Deliver against KPI’s of quality of candidates
Identify new business opportunities
Write, place and update adverts
Meeting with candidates to complete registration
