Part Time Centre Support Administrator
Hourly Rate: £10 per hour
Contract Type: Part Time
Hours: Mon – Fri (phone number removed) – 25 Hours per week

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Centre Support Administrator to join the team. We are looking for a well organised, outgoing and focused team player who is passionate about the Leisure & Hospitality industry.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Centre Support Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and sales team, having an eye for the finer detail and excellent organisation skills. As our Centre Support Administrator, you will:
Be responsible for filing all booking and membership forms
Ensure sales and POS system are up to date and correct
Be able to produce invoices for all bookings
Minute taking when required
Collaborate weekly reports given to you by the different departments
Manage all timesheets from the different departments to assist with payroll
Generate job advertisements when needed
Open the office mail and disseminate
Preparation of outgoing post
Answering office phone calls and emails
Managing inventory of office supplies including stationary
Liaise with clients and suppliers to arrange meetings for management
Provide a range of administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, printing and filing
Monitor, log and distribute customer feedback forms
Other general administrative support as directed by the Chief Executive
THE PERSON
You will be self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable with the confidence to talk to people at all levels within any organisation. You will need good communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate information to the team when instructed. Ensure that you meet GDPR guidelines within the workplace. You will have the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines with a flexible approach and willingness to learn.
You must have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes and experience in minute taking is ideal but not essential. The ability to learn new computer systems quickly is a must to ensure the team can be supported efficiently.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent time and organisation management with a strong attention to detail. Experience of dealing with face to face customers and managing visitors’ needs. They will need to be well presented and enthusiastic with strong customer service focus, whilst remaining professional at all times.
