Applicants will need to have a proven track-record in the recruitment industry, and can demonstrate the ability to identify industry leading talent, as well as build meaningful relationships. The key skills required include:

* Strong client-facing skills
* Critical interviewing skills and techniques
* The ability to network across senior candidates
* Proven search skills – develop talent pools via various routes
