The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus a benefits package.
About the requirements:
You will have experience managing low volume, high spec residential new build projects and be comfortable being the number one Construction Manager on site. The ideal professional will need to have shown longevity in their career and have seen multiple projects from the Ground through to handover. Due to the nature of the role it is vital that you are a committed, dedicated and personable manager with the ability to interact with clients on a regular basis.
