A modern law firm are looking to employ a number of experienced Conveyancers to work from home on a permanent salaried basis.

The Opportunity:

Your primary role will be as a fee earner and you will be responsible for your own caseload of between 40-90 files. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; new builds; remortgages; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. You will be supported by conveyancing assistants and an office-based administrative team. The firm have a very good case management system and a paperless business model to maximise efficiency. All of the transaction is managed in-house and so you will maintain control of the file from instruction to completion.

This is a salaried full-time position.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

* Possess at least 3 years + conveyancing experience.

* Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion.
