Sales Support Coordinator

This role is based at our clients' offices in Milton Keynes and is part of a team of Sales Support Coordinators whose primary function is to assist the field-based Sales Managers in quoting, tendering, and selling to their new and existing customers. The role is assigned to support the Pre-Sales department along with the Design Team.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creating and distributing new tender leads & clarifications across the team using CRM software.
Loading orders & emailing order confirmations to customers.
Liaison with the factory in Europe, freight forwarding partners and customers in relation to delivery queries.
Raising prepayment invoices.
Updating the internal tender monitoring board using Excel.
Collating product sheets & certificates for bids, using Adobe PDF.
Creating equipment data tables ready for inclusion in construction drawings.
Printing, trimming, boarding, and posting designs to customers.
Stock inventory, ordering stationery and design materials.
Liaison with senior management and European-wide business contacts & partners.
To be a successful Sales Support Coordinator, you will need to have:
A desire to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills, able to collaborate with others and coordinate the work of others.
Able to work autonomously, proactively managing personal workload.
A trustworthy nature, and the ability to take responsibility for managing deadlines, planning tasks for self and receiving input from others, checking details, and raising anomalies.
A structured and accurate working manner, especially with data inputting skills, excellent attention to detail is a must.
A natural multi-tasker, able to track and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to learn quickly 'on the job' to comprehend and adjust to new and updated information.
A positive 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Some experience using MS Word & Excel & Adobe PDF.
