Do you have experience working in customer service, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing or similar? My client is seeking a smart, motivated and reliable administrator to join their team.
You will be chasing up PO's (purchase orders) and updating reports, also raising and closing project tickets, requesting parts and scheduling orders, dealing with returns, etc.
This is the perfect entry-level role for someone with good customer service and administration skills, who is confident to deal with suppliers by email, phone and face-to-face.

The role is permanent and full time (Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.30) working from the offices in High Wycombe – there is plenty of parking available on site.
You must have good I.T skills and be confident to learn new systems quickly – you will be inputting data (so accuracy is important) and producing reports.
Experience in a customer service environment would be useful where you have been handling incoming / outgoing calls and emails with suppliers and customers regularly.
