Graduate Admin Assistant (Film Industry)
£20,000 – £25,000 + Overtime + Company Benefits
Hayes – High Wycombe

Are you a recent Graduate with an interest in administration and technical equipment? Would you like the opportunity to work for a small but highly successful market leading business who invest in their staff and open the door to new opportunities into the film industry?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a thriving production and film equipment rental house. They supply specialist equipment to the film and TV production industry worldwide, working with the biggest names in cinema – this is the perfect time to join their small but rapidly growing business, as they continue to succeed and expand year on year, doubling in size over the last six months.

In this role you will be working closely with the Kit Technicians and office booking team to provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries via phone/email, updating the asset management system, dealing with suppliers and purchasing of technical equipment, handling deliveries, stock and general admin tasks.

The Role:
* Monday – Friday, 45hrs
* Technical Administrative Assistant
* Training & progression available

The Person:
* Interest in technical equipment/film industry
* Computer literate
* Strong communication skills

* Relevant degree
