Robert Walters are currently recruiting for a Purchase to Pay Manager to fulfil a 6 month contract role (potential to extend!)
Responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
– Overseeing the weekly & monthly Payment routine to include purchase ledger and expenses.
– Provide a final review for all outgoing payments.
– Work with the payments and compliance team to improve the end to end P2P process
– Support the payroll team with preparation of two payrolls
– Take responsibility for the final review of both payroll files prior to submission
– Oversee monthly cost accounting for payroll
– Participate in functional process and system improvement initiatives.

Our client is Milton Keynes based although are working on a hybrid model so you would be required in the office 3 days a week
