My client is looking to recruit a 1st Line IT Support to join their team.
The day-to-day role will involve resolving issues and support for management and employees of a group of companies from a ticket-based system. In addition, the role will require the successful candidate aiding and supporting an external customer base.
In order to succeed within this role, Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Desktop Support environment with a solid understanding of various internet connectivity mediums, be proficient with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and have basic Networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provide remote IT Telephone Support for customers
* Provide remote assistance to end users covering hardware, operating system, file and print, personal productivity suites, email, Internet, Intranet access.
* Provide remote support using any industry accepted remote support software.
* Interface and collaborate with other 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless integration and support services.
* Logging customer queries and meeting SLA’s
* Updating existing tickets with SLA time
In return, you will be given a competitive basic salary from £21,000 to £24,000 per annum DOE, plus staff bonuses and holiday incentives with training and development plans in place.
