Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Salary: £20- 24K Basic Salary (£30 – 40 OTE)

Location Remote Working & Milton Keynes

Kinect Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals for a Resourcer / Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in Milton Keynes.

You will receive full onsite training. Candidates will need to be motivated, keen to succeed and have a background in either IT, recruitment or telephone based sales.

The role will involve assisting our Recruitment Consultants and Account Delivery Managers on some of our major accounts within the IT & Engineering sectors. As a business, we currently provide recruitment solutions to global companies and we need resourcers / trainee recruitment consultants who can source the right candidates for our clients.

Duties will include:

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases

• Advertising vacancies and managing responses

• Arranging interviews and providing candidate feedback
