My client a leading Workspace Solutions Provider deliver a blend of end-user technology and services to help Corporate, Public and Education sector customers transform the way they work. Their solution specialists are subject matter experts within their aligned area of focus.

As an M365 Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and integration of Microsoft propositions into new and existing customer accounts.

Salary – £55,000 – £75,000

Location – Work from home with travel to customer site

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical sales enquiries through proactive customer engagements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
Make recommendations on user cases that align with the Microsoft value propositions.
Design sales and technical documentation
Own and drive Microsoft proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots.
Hands-on implementation and integration of Microsoft technologies into new and existing environments.
Contribute to the research and development of innovative solutions.
Retain relevant certifications and skills.Experience

Essential

Expertise with Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Solutions
Experience serving as a solution specialist, pre-sales engineer, or equivalent.
Experience architecting/supporting software deployment primarily with Microsoft 365 solution stack.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Modern Device Management (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Windows 10 Enterprise)
Identity Management (AD, AAD, AAD Connect, MFA, SSO, SAML, Okta)
Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Apps
Security (Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
Compliance (Insider Risk Management, Information Protection and Governance)
Application delivery: VDI solutions (Citrix, VMWare) and Mobile Apps.
Genuine passion for learning new technologies.
Familiarity with processes and methodologies for solution design.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent time-keeping and problem-solving skills.
Thrives working under pressure in a fast-moving environment.Desirable

Recent experience of migrating workloads to Microsoft 365
Experience in migrating organisations to Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
One or more of the following would be an advantage but not essential:
Microsoft 365 Certified Associate or Expert
