Salary: £30-35,000 DOE + Commission + Bonus (OTE to £50k within 18 months)

We are searching for a talented Candidate Experience Manager to take centre stage in building an emerging Candidate Experience division, growing regional hubs across a range of clinical roles. This is a technical candidate development program, with a blend of research, market mapping and solution led selling to complete recruitment projects across the UK.
Our client provides additional clinical capacity to multiple specialisms such as Oncology, Oral surgery, Children’s services, and Ophthalmology, delivering roaming healthcare access by building specialist clinical teams, nurturing client partnerships and providing an exceptional candidate engagement processes.
What we’re looking for:
* A healthcare/ public sector talent professional

* Experience of using data and market intelligence to position your approach
* The ability to influence and lobby different stakeholders and personality styles.
* A mindset for managing both short- and long-term sales cycles (close can be between 1 week to 3 months from initial contact).
