We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Civils Teams with BT OPENREACH ACCREDITATION'S 

Location Bedford, Milton Keynes 

Start Date ASAP 

As part of a 2-person team the key purpose of the role is to undertake excavation , back fill, reinstatement work to enable the service provision and repair. 

The role Involves Civil engineering work in the highway and customer property including excavation , back fill, reinstatement work to enable the service provision and repair. , hot / cold lay reinstatement, along with rod and rope cabling activities , and traffic management set-up. 

To work for our client and on the Openreach's Networks you will need to have agreed safety and quality standards including compliance to external guidelines and legislation. 

This includes Achilles UVDB (B2) Accreditation's. This is an annual assessment that audits all aspects of our health and safety systems together with key aspects of business management including risk, environmental compliance, supplier, and contractor management

Nops card loaded with MT003 Openreach NRSWA 1-7 & 9 Gen ops 1 SA002
DBS within the last 3 months 

OTHER openreach certs that would be an advantage.  

SA002 Safety Underground 

SA002A Underground Safety Awareness 

SA020A Site Safety Awareness in single and multi-occupancy dwellings including buildings.

SA008 Cable Installation of LV power crossings 

S6 PIA Duct Survey 

S7 PIA Sub Duct and Cable installation underground 

K8 Hand Rodding in the Underground Networks 

N23 One Fibre Network 

N28 One Fibre Network Cabling in the Underground Networks 

Full Time , Permanent 

Must be local to the Bedford area, 

Own tools & Van is an advantage however these can all be provided.

Excellent High Rates of pay , which will be given upon a successful application and a NDA agreement signed.  please note the salary above is just a basic idea and not the actual salary.  the earning potential for this job is very good depending on experience and qualifications.
