SITE MANAGER

Site Manager required urgently in Cheddington for a new build housing contractor.

Will assist with all general Site Manager tasks/Site Manager duties such as;

* Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public.

* Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors.

* Monitoring build costs and project progress.

* Conducting quality and safety inspections.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card

* Triple STS/SMSTS

* Full PPE

Applicants must have previous Site Manager experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.

The potential candidate for this Site Manager position must have can do attitude, be punctual and reliable
