About the role
Looking to expand the Quality Assurance team, and searching for an entry level Quality Assurance Assistant to complete a busy team.
The role is ideal for a graduate (any background but Engineering or Science is ideal), someone who is looking for an Entry Level position within Medical Devices and Life Sciences or someone who has 1 or 2 years of experience within Administration and is looking to gain more exposure with a very successful Medical Device company.
Training will be provided.

* A disciplined and detailed approach.
* Be highly proficient in IT skills, with the ability to learn new software packages both effectively and quickly.
* Have excellent time management skills.
* Be able to work at fast pace environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Reports directly to the Quality Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with Quality functions within the Group.
* Assist with day-to-day administration of the Group Quality Management Systems and procedures.
* Support with completion of audit actions.
* Maintenance of training files.
* Assist with the maintenance and management of controlled documentation.
* Review and issue, controlled documentation.
* Work with the Quality Team to help continuously improve the quality management system
* Maintenance of the CAPA and NPR records.
* Maintenance of supplier records.
* Produce reports as required.
* Day to day administration of the Labour Standards Assurance System policy and procedures.
*
* To carry out any other duties, as requested by the Quality Supervisor or any of the Directors, that are reasonable in relation to promoting the company image or products.
TRAINING PLAN
*
* The Managing Director gives a general introduction to the company
* A training schedule is devised to meet the needs of the individual. This will include the use of the computer system and relevant software packages.
* SOPs that have a direct application to the job should be reviewed and understood. This forms part of the training records
