Operations Director (Manned Guarding)
Location: Applicants should ideally live north of the M25 and below Birmingham.
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Car/Car Allowance

Are you a commercially astute industry specialist with experience of managing a multi-contract portfolio of business? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a quality focused service provider with major expansion plans for 2022? We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional with experience managing a portfolio of manned guarding contracts in excess of circa £7million. You should have strong P&L skills with the ability to bring an innovative and data driven approach to commercial contract management.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Applicants must have prior experience of managing a portfolio of contracts within the UK manned Security sector

* A proven track record managing a portfolio of business in excess of circa £7million with a Top 30 UK security provider

* Applicants should have strong people management skills and the ability to provide a dynamic and customer focused security service

* Experience of managing P&L

* A track record of growing security contracts and services

* An innovative and data driven approach to commercial contract management

The role:

* You will be responsible for the management and direction of a portfolio of business which includes high profile Security contracts. Portfolio value in excess of £10m.

* You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of the business.

* Regular client and customer engagement

* You have responsibility for P&L across the region

* You will lead and develop a team of Operations Managers

* You will provide an innovative and data driven service to key clients and stakeholders

* Manage and exceed key customer SLA’s and KPI’s

* Provide key reports to senior internal stakeholders relating to contract performance etc.

* Work with internal businesses – technology, systems etc.
