Support Workers required to support Adults with Epilepsy and Learning Disabilities within a large and busy Residential service based in Chalfont St Peters, Buckinghamshire.
You will be supporting residents, from the ages ranging from 20yrs to 60yrs, promoting them to make choices in their lives, going out into the community and engaging with them.
Shifts Available:
Days:
07:00am – 20:30pm
09:00am – 17:00pm
Waking Nights:
20:20pm – 07:05am
(Shift times may vary, dependant on the service's needs)

Paid training provided by Charles Hunter Associates within social care

Weekly pay
Responsibilities for the Support Worker:
Supporting vulnerable adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities, personal care and encouraging independence.
Working closely with vulnerable adults, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
Following service users care plans closely
Consistently promoting independence to service users
Requirements for the Support Worker:
Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service is Essential
Experience within Social Care working with vulnerable adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities, personal care and encouraging independence.
Encouraging and supportive attitude

Experience working with resident with Epilepsy
Location – Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Salary:
PAYE – £10.26
Umbrella – £13.00
