The Company:
Our client is a well-established logistics company with international operations

Main duties:
To be the key liaison for orders end to end for both external and internal stakeholders

The Role:
– To deal with customers and suppliers enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and by email
– To resolve any possible issues in all areas of the job
– To monitor the progression of transports and follow through to completion ready for invoicing
– To ensure transports are running in scheduled time
– To check and control supplier invoices
– To put all data in management system accordingly
– To build relationships in a professional manner with suppliers and customers, and provide excellent level of customer service

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English
– Fluency in French would be beneficial but not essential
– Previous experience within Transport / Freight Forwarding
– Knowledge of export shipping documentation and regulation
– Highly organised and focused
– Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: up to £32,000 pa depending on experience
