Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join care home / nursing home based in the High Wycombe / Maidenhead area.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Ideally you will be a Nurse, however, care home managers / registered managers without an MNC pin will still be considered.

As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible. This home is a brilliant home which boasts a wonderful CQC rating, is rated as one of the top 20 care homes in Buckinghamshire and has a wonderful appearance.

Our client does not require the manager to hold a nurse qualification / NMC pin. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.

The successful Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
– Experienced care home manager
– Nurse qualification preferred, not essential
– Proven track record of successful care home management
– Proven success in the nursing home sector
– Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
– Dynamic & Enthusiastic
– Strong business management

Duties will include:
– Overall responsibility of the care home
– Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
– Care plans/reviews/meetings
– Budget management for the home

Ideal candidates should have worked as a: Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Elderly Care Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Home Manager, Buckinghamshire etc
