Support Worker for Challenging Behaviour, Autism, Mental Health and Learning Difficulties.
Full Time Hours: Full Time/Bank
Location: High Wycombe, Bucks
An opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our growing company in High Wycombe on a full-time or part time, permanent basis at £9.50 per hour.
White Leaf Support are a ground-breaking, specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with ASD and Mental health, with a person centered approach to live and access the community around them.
We are seeking a Support Worker who has experience working with adults with physical and learning disabilities as well as Autism, Challenging behaviour and sensory needs to work within our Residential Care home.
You must be determined, empathetic and committed to making a difference to our service users’ lives.

What you’ll need, to be a member of the team:
Minimum 1 year of experience providing care to people with autism and learning difficulties.
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (Preferable )
Great energy, positive body language, passion for care
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to report on service user’s condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally.
Good hygiene and infection control skills

This is a 24/7 service. Shifts are allocated Monday to Sunday. Salary starts at £9.50 per hour and rises to £10.00 per hour after a successful 6 month probation period.
Previous experience as a Support Worker is very desirable, notably in the areas of autism, mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The job requires you to be flexible and work alternate weekends. If you are interested in joining our friendly team, please apply.
