Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and growing multi-national manufacturer of fabricated products based in the High Wycombe area. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join their development team.

Design Engineer Position Overview

Creating and developing 2D and 3D CAD drawings for DFM & assembly.
Ensuring designs are in compliance with the industries safety and ISO9001 quality standards
Assisting the building and testing of prototype products and presenting finalised prototypes internally and externally

Design Engineer Position Requirements

Proven background in Design Engineering, producing layout drawings, design for manufacture & assembly drawings.
Proficient in the use of Solidworks
Experience with manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, plastic moulding and extrusions.
Experienced with Draftsight is advantageous
Degree qualified or similar in a Mechanical / Manufacturing / Design related subject
Based in a commutable distance of High Wycombe
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK Driving License

Design Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary £28,000 – £45,000 – depending on experience
09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
32 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
