Required background: Housebuilding

An SME housebuilder who are design led and bring an excellent track record of delivering small to medium sized sites are looking to strengthen their commercial function as the business continues to grow.

They have a number of new schemes commencing this year of up to 60 units as the firms output continues to ramp up.

You will report to the Commercial Director, have excellent exposure within a small but highly professional team and be able to input into process and procedure.

Housebuilding experience is a pre-requisite and exposure to COINS would be beneficial
