We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Assistant for a 12-month maternity cover in a busy financial department. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and a good eye for details. Preference will be shown for applicants with previous experience working with multi-currencies.
The successful candidate will:
* Dispatch both internal and external invoices
* Raising invoices on a bespoke system (training provided)
* Assisting the finance team with pricing jobs using a specialist cost manual
* Processing paperwork and ensuring the required output is ready for inspection & dispatch
* General administrative support and other ad hoc support for the wider accounts team
