Are you a fully qualified, experienced SENCO? Are you looking for a September 2021 position? Do you want to work in an outstanding school?

Tradewind Recruitment are working with an "Outstanding" primary school in High Wycombe who are seeking a SENCO to start ASAP and continue through to the end of the school year, with a permanent contract on the table for the right candidate. Classroom responsibility is optional.

This large and inclusive Primary School has a reputation for helping all students to make a great start to their educational journey and excel in their studies. The school are lucky to be situated in the countryside with huge grounds and stunning views. They have a very alternative style of learning which includes mindfulness and mental well-being.

The school has an engaging and innovative curriculum and ensure that children can foster a passion for learning and curiosity. The children are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve endless possibilities.

Candidate Requirements:

Experienced in SEN and interventions for students with SEN
Proven track record in leading & managing aspects of inclusion
Committed to raising standards for all students
Strong leadership and good organisational skills
High expectations.
Can easily commute to Hackney
Must hold QTS
