SERVICE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
What you will do?
As our new Service Account representative you will be a key part of the Sales team, and work closely with the Services Account Managers and Services Key Account Managers It will be an exciting work environment and get the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and ensure excellence in customer service. A big part of your day will be to execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction and ensure excellence in customer service. You also get the opportunity to work with customers who manufacture a wide range of food products.
You will:
Work with orders and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services and materials.
Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities and participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions.
Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration.
Support the sales team and the customer by making sure the service events run smoothly
Work closely with a large spectrum of colleagues to ensure the customer's needs are met
Be able to build your sales and customer service skills
This position will be in High Wycombe, but you will collaborate with colleagues across North Europe.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with strong customer service skills, a drive for results and the ability to prioritise and deliver what is needed. You need to be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues. To build and maintain successful relations with customers and internal stakeholders comes natural to you. To be successful in this position you have solid experience in customer services. Experience in an engineering or maintenance environment is a plus. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
