Cycle-to-work scheme, study support and lots moreYour Role at SignatureAs a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be responsible for all recruitment in your allocated region of six homes, managing the recruitment lifecycle from initial scoping and attraction through to appointment and retention.

A key part of your role will be staying up to date with senior managers, reacting to shifting needs and advising on recruitment best practices for each role. You’ll help us to improve our candidate pool and reduce agency spend, ensuring all vacancies are advertised on our ATS and reacting to response rates both positive and negative.

You’ll proactively search for candidates using multiple channels and also promote your vacancies across our social media platforms.  You will lead, support and develop the recruitment administrators that work alongside you on your region, ensuring they are given every opportunity to progress and shine in their roles.

Signature PeopleYou’ll be an experienced recruiter who is comfortable handling both volume and specialist recruitment. You’ll have either an agency or in-house background and you’ll gain a quick understanding of our market and the types of candidates we want to hire.

You’ll be commercially aware and focused on reducing agency spend, constantly looking at budgets and opportunities for cost saving.

You’ll round out your recruiting skills with a proactive approach, superb attention to detail and excellent influencing skills.
