Cleaning Trainer – Mobile

Mobile role with van, fuel card, phone & tablet.
Oxford, Watford, Slough, Reading areas

Hexagon FM are currently working with a fantastic company who are looking for a Trainer to train cleaning teams across several sites across Watford, Slough, Reading and Oxfordshire.

As the trainer, you will ideally have trained teams before and have excellent people skills and confident approach. You don't need to worry about starting the role not knowing the equipment you will be required to train people on, as full training will be provided from your new employer allowing you to confidentially train the teams.

What the role entails.

The role involves training these teams to use unique commercial equipment and automated vacuums where significant clients will be buying or using them for their workplace. We would like candidates to be able to provide.

Smooth simple training to Teams
Engage your teams for a smooth induction
Ensure products and equipment are used correctly and show how to maintain them.
Features of equipment are explained well.
Excellent talking techniques

What's required from you?

Experience within Customer service or customer focused background
Experience within Facilities management/Cleaning.
Happy to travel to different sites across your region.
Flexible on hours.
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Full UK driving LicencePackage and benefits
