I am currently supporting a fantastic business based in Milton Keynes who have a great opportunity for someone who is keen to progress their career in finance as Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities but not all:
Support in processing monthly payroll.
Support the Payroll, Data & Systems Manager to become a Subject Matter Expert.
Produce reports and provide data analysis.
Enhance systems following changes in policy, governance or control.
Drive ideas on system enhancements that may drive process efficiency.
Testing and implementing new system functionality.
Own and update Payroll/HR system training materials and associated functional documentation .
Regular audits to ensure data integrity within the system
Develop reports, analytic, metrics and dashboards for management and users.
Skills:
Knowledge of Payroll and HR systems, preferably Dayforce
An understanding and/or experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of HR systems, policies and processes
Analytical, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Continually identifying ways to improve processes
Experience of working with confidential data
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Good reporting and data analysis skills
