This School is a Secondary SEN School for KS3 and KS4 students based in Buckinghamshire; they are looking to recruit a teacher of English to start ASAP
The Role:
English teacher to GCSE
This special school is for boys and girls aged from 11 to 19.
Type of SEN provision: ASD – Autistic Spectrum Disorder; MLD – Moderate Learning Difficulty; SLCN – Speech, Language and Communication; SpLD – Specific Learning Difficulty.
Ideal candidate will;
Have excellent strategies for passing on your knowledge and getting the best outcomes from young learners
Have a calm, patient, empathetic manner
Align with and actively promote the Schools shared values and vision
Have the highest of expectations and aspirations for themselves and others
Consistently strive for excellence in order to ensure that all students are challenged to be the very best they can be

Use data to identify and track the progress of vulnerable groups/students
Have excellent leadership and management skills
The ideal candidate must have experience of the current UK National Curriculum!
