The Role
EDW is seeking IT Support Engineers with 3+ years’ experience in infrastructure support, configuration management, change management, release management, troubleshooting and problem solving.
As a software development company in the energy sector, we are constantly seeking better ways of operating and making our processes more efficient through use of cloud technologies and development automation process.

The Candidate
To be considered for the IT Support Engineer position, you will be an excellent communicator with a knack for explaining complex topics in simplistic terms. You will enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting, and have analytical skills, showing attention to detail. You will be comfortable with assisting customers (internal) via phone, email and remote sharing sessions covering software, infrastructure and cloud hosted platform issues. You will need to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and energy for technology, whether working with technology in your spare time or staying in touch with modern trends and new technologies.

* Linux Administration experience
* Configuration, Software, and Patch Management tools (e.g. Saltstack).
* IaaS – AWS or IBM Cloud
* Bash and Python Scripting
* VMWare
* Strong Troubleshooting Skills

* Docker

* Saltstack / Linux configuration management
