Corporate Sales Manager, Public Sector

Thames Valley/Midlands area be ideal however, as this is a UK wide role, there will be flexibility on location
£45k/£55k base, £65k/£75k OTE (uncapped) plus car and benefits
The Role
The purpose of this role is to convert UK Public Sector fleet opportunities into new customers, delivering against stretching targets. This will be achieved by developing & maintaining close professional relationships with your prospect base – being the key decision makers within the public sector. You will lead & (when required) project manage every commercial opportunity throughout the entire sales cycle ensuring exemplary teamwork across the business for the very best customer experience. This will include capitalising on all marketing support activities, network referrals & available data resources to identify new business opportunities within the public sector, as well as drafting proposals / tender responses, making formal presentations & leading contract negotiations.

About You
You have a stable CV, with a track record of success in the leasing and fleet management marketplace – with proven experience of the Public Sector including negotiation & selling of financial products. You have demonstrable in-depth knowledge of the sector and strong commercial awareness. Proven supplier relationships and management is also critical.
You are self-motivated / target and opportunity driven, and have effective time management, organisational & delegation skills, with a clear understanding of the need for CRM tools & their role in the sales environment. Strong presentation skills as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills will be essential.
