Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit an Internal Key Account Manager to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within Account Management.

Position: Internal Key Account Manager   

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm   

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum DOE

The job will involve…

The role will involve working within a team of people dealing with pricing enquiries, technical queries, and sales orders. A proportion of the role will be reactively dealing with incoming queries, but this role is ideal for an individual with good outbound sales experience, with proven success at winning new business.

Handling incoming enquiries
Regular photo contact of customer to secure sales orders
Assisting with the production of price lists
Distributing specific price lists to customer base
Setting up new customers onto the system
Raising quotations for customers
Progressing queries and complaint escalation
Experience needed…

Experience within a similar role
Experience of the Electrical wholesale sector is essential
Knowledge of Electrical cable
Knowledge of LED Lighting
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
