Exciting Opportunity for a Trainee Window Cleaner Required

Our client is a friendly local, reliable and well-established thriving premier window cleaning service, operating in Beaconsfield, the Chalfont’s and the surrounding areas. They (and any new employee) should look to always provide a top standard of work to all our customers as all our work is 100% guaranteed. In addition to window cleaning, we also offer conservatory, patio and gutter cleaning services.

As they expand, they are looking to take on a new trainee window cleaner to assist the business owner with their ever-growing customer base.

They are only looking for someone who is genuinely looking for a long-term commitment and future with our company.

Duties will include:

* Cleaning windows inside and out (Most of our outside windows are cleaned from the ground up using a ladder less Reach and Wash Water fed pole system)

* Clearing gutters (most gutters are cleared using a ladderless Guttervac system using mounted video cameras)

* Pressure washing patios and driveways

* Full training will be provided, so that you always comply with health and safety

In addition, branded clothing and an ID will be provided.

They are looking for someone who takes 100% pride in their work (as their standard of work has a 100% guarantee. )

To carry out this work/ job role responsibilities:

Successful candidates will need to be hard working, fit and able bodied.

Well turnout and polite when speaking to current or potentially new customers.

Be able to work in a weather-related industry. Hence, you should be happy to work outside in all weather conditions

Be punctual, trustworthy and reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.

Eligible to work in the UK.

As they work with a smartphone-based App, a general understanding of smartphones and Apps would be an advantage.

Their general hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm with the option of overtime. Ideal candidates would also be flexible to working on a Saturday, to catch up after bad weather.

Rates of pay to be agreed * and will be subject to any current / relevant experience. To be discussed after application.

A clean driving licence will also be considered advantageous.

Please Note, this is a physical job. Daily routines can involve being up and down ladders * When required and carrying heavy equipment. You may also be required to work at heights when necessary and therefore this should not be a problem.

Finally, ideal applicants should live locally and with a 20-minute commute of their local team based near to Denham/ The Chalfonts. Bucks. UK
