Registered Fostering Manager

Our Client is a small, established Independent Fostering Agency seeking a Registered Fostering Manager in Milton Keynes. This position is available due to the retirement of the current post holder after 20 year with agency and will manage a service of 35 fostering households.

The Agency has consistently held a 'Good' OFSTED rating. They belong to a group of IFAs that were established by foster carers 20 years ago who wanted to set up an Independent Fostering Service which would always put quality and positive outcomes for young people before profit.

As Registered Fostering Manager your role will be to deliver an effective and high quality service to children and foster carers in line with Government childcare legislation, Fostering Regulations and National minimum standards. You will line manage a small team of 4 supervising social workers and report into the Assistant Director and Director.
