Are you an Administrator looking for a new challenge in Milton Keynes?
RSR have established an outstanding reputation as a Design Build Construction company operating across the UK and due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our growing Project Admin Department.
If you possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and have an interest in growing into a more in-depth administration role then we would love to speak to you.
Working on a wide range of administration duties within Project Delivery, being the voice and face of the company answering phones and reception, you will be dealing with the whole range of clients, suppliers and all the RSR team. This role is not a traditional admin role and will both challenge you and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. There is an excellent support network within our team around you whilst you get to grips with the job, but we will of course challenge and test your abilities.
The role involves the creation of operation and maintenance manuals, health and safety folders and technical information such as distribution boards, whilst answering incoming calls and reception duties. From doing hotel bookings, resolving queries with Project Manages and Site Supervisors the role could be varied and covers all aspects of working in construction project administration.
To be considered for the role you will need to be organised in a challenging fast paced environment and be willing to cover colleagues in other admin roles, as well as being helpful and professional.
