St Michael’s Catholic School are now recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for Aylesbury and High Wycombe.

St Michael’s Catholic School requires its Cover Supervisor to be covering Lessons and supporting the appropriate linked Head of Key Stage. It may also involve working with senior management, middle management, teachers, support staff, parents, and pupils.

You need excellent interpersonal skills and to be passionate about developing your abilities.

Some of your duties will include;

Cover lessons and support a linked Head of Key Stage in the primary phase
Liaise with teaching staff, who must plan cover when they are absent. This will enable Cover Supervisors to deliver effective support while covering lessons
You will need the following;

A good general education
Evidence of having worked with children in some capacity; this could be as a parent/carer
This post will require an enhanced DBS check.

Location:  High Wycombe & Aylesbury
Hours:  39 weeks per year 8.30 to 4pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunch
33.75 hours per week
Salary:  Bucks Pay Scale 3 £22,690 to £24,540 FT
