Facilities Compliance Manager

St Michael’s Catholic School are now recruiting for a Facilities Compliance Manager for the whole school.
St Michael’s Catholic School requires its Facilities Compliance Manager to line manage the Site Team across both Campuses.
Some of your duties will include;
Ensuring effective and efficient deployment of staff to ensure continual coverage within specific times during both term time and school holidays
Acting as a Health & Safety Officer for the school
To promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture across the school, so that it can meet its legal requirements in terms of Health, Safety and Compliance
You will need the following;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of building and maintenance work (or similar/equivalent relevant experience)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing teams (or similar/equivalent relevant experience)
Experience of Health & Safety management and compliance
Full Driving Licence
This post will require an enhanced DBS check.

Salary: Bucks Pay Scale 6 £30,266 to £33,336 FTE
