3Shires is a friendly local family run glazing business established in 2000 who have a tremendous reputation for the quality of the work they do and excellent customer satisfaction. Core business includes the installation of windows, doors, conservatories, roof line drainage, thermal roofs, and small building projects.

Position: Window Installer / Service Engineer
Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire (will involve travel up to 80 miles to client sites)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: starting salary of £28,000 + (dependant on experience)
Benefits: 28 days holiday per annum

Responsibilities:

– Install windows, doors, conservatories and thermal roofs.
– Service calls and remedial works.
– Other works as required.
– Continual improvement to aid both efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

About you:

– Customer friendly approach.
– Team player with numerate, accurate and diligent attributes
– Full driving license

Ideally you will have previous fitting and remedial experience in a similar role within the glazing industry but we would be very happy to consider someone keen to cross train from being a carpenter, roofer, builder, maintenance engineer or similar. We would also consider someone happy to be a trainee & learn on the job.
