Quality Inspector – Aylesbury – £22,000 to £25,000– Plus Benefits

Melbreck Technical are working with a leading provider of manufacturing and supply chain solutions based in Aylesbury

Due to a successful start to 2021, with new product launches on the horizon, they are looking to strengthen their Quality Team and as such are looking to hire a Quality Inspector to join their business ASAP.

Quality Inspector – Role overview:

The Quality Inspector will report directly into the Supplier Quality Engineer and be responsible for Ensuring products and services provided to the business achieve and maintain a high level of quality.

Quality Inspector – Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming inspection measurements.

Create dimensional reports.

Maintain the quarantine system, review and process quarantined stock.

Raise return requests to suppliers for non-conforming products.

Support the NCR process.

Promote a right first time quality culture.

Quality Inspector – Job Holder Requirements:

Good communication skills, written and verbal. Professionally presentable.

Exposure in using CMM’s for measurement beneficial.

Understanding of GD&T, MSA, SPC.

Must be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Experience working in a standardized industry (automotive, aerospace, med-dev, etc).
