Starting salary: circa £50,000 – £60,000 negotiable

THE ROLE: Infrastructure Sales Engineer / Account Manager/ Project Manager : Health Care / Public Sector
With ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation, we are energised to strengthen and expand our incredible team with the addition of an Infrastructure Sales Engineer to nurture and expand our NHS acute care portfolio.
Operating out of the South Central region (home / field based), you will be sharp, able to understand complex projects and problem solve to present and secure new projects within existing accounts.
Collaborating within a supportive team you will get a whole new perspective of the integral work we do and how your personal value will elevate our client offering.
Reporting directly to the Head of Region you will:
· Develop and progress a project sales pipeline through liaising with client estate, project, clinical specialists, and ICT teams including architects, contractors and third parties.
· Strengthen our partnerships, earning credibility and effectively networking whilst gaining referrals for further business.
· Establish and clarify project specifics, understanding all elements (the complexity, restrictions, limitations, and stakeholders required).
· Increase our understanding and visibility within accounts through regular, qualified, client visits.
· Enrich our team and client offering through innovating, sharing knowledge, and fine tuning your skills.

REQUIREMENTS: Infrastructure Sales Engineer / Account Manager/ Project Manager : Health Care / Public Sector
Ultimately, you will have a proven sales record (successful in the full & long 360 sales cycle) selling a product / consultative service to the public sector. Any knowledge or experience within the NHS acute care market would be advantageous.
We are interested in applicants who are:
· Technically minded, qualified, or experienced within an engineering discipline (electrical, mechanically software, construction/ building bias).
· Commercially astute, displaying a sharp mind for actively negotiating and securing project commitment.
· Knowledgeable in reading technical drawings, understanding specifications, and conducting survey work.
· Exceptional in stakeholder management (both vertical and horizontal) across client, third party and internal teams.
· Highly organised, displaying a strong eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve and devise solutions.
· Strong communicator, effective in building business relationships, networking and expanding accounts.
Location: Suitably based within the south-central region for ease and flexibility of travelling to clients. Full UK driving licence is essential.
