Customer Relationship Executive / Client Support Executive – Aylesbury area.

£27000 – £33000 + Bonus + Benefits

Managed Service Provider with offices on the outskirts of Berkshire are (due to growth) looking for an Customer Relationship Executive / Client Support Executive to join an existing team and work on supporting an existing customer base on behalf of our client who offer services covering IT services and solutions including Cloud Optimisation, Network Support and Security.

Clients will be in the Private SME Sector across the UK, ranging from 50-500 users.

To apply the Customer Relationship Executive / Client Support Executive will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in an IT B2B environment and demonstrate experience supporting clients across the private sector. Similar roles include – Sales Account Manager, Sales Support Executive, Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Sales Advisor.

The key element of this Customer Relationship Executive / Client Support Executive will be to maintain and manage clients relationships. It will work alongside the sales team and whilst you will not be targeted on converting business prospects into sales you will get the opportunity to up sell and cross sell new services and products.

The main element of the role though will be to ensure any sales passed across from the development team are managed properly ensuring customers receive the best level of service, any issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and orders are processed properly.

A company bonus is offered twice a year, specific training on all product lines and the internal CRM system is provided and a flexible approach to work enabling you to work remotely only having to go into the office once a week. You will also have the opportunity to move into a sales role if that is your preference.
